A major component of rebranding Snapfish was shooting a new product image library that was fresh and inspiring for the site and email campaigns. We showcased Snapfish products in beautiful environments with clean, modern propping.
Products were shot blank, with smart objects added in post where consumers' photos would be placed. This approach allowed Snapfish to change the visuals on the products as often as they liked, giving them endless opportunities to tell new visual stories without having to reshoot constantly.

SNAPFISH REBRAND
Snapfish is an online photo sharing and photo printing service. Consumers can upload photos, store and create photo books, photo gifts, personal decor and prints.
Snapfish approached us to help them rebrand and launch the new Snapfish 2.0 with all-new site imagery, email campaigns, print catalogs and product design.

HOLIDAY CAMPAIGN
TRX is a specialized form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability.
TRX needed help attracting new customers during the holidays in an already saturated home workout market. Many consumers had heard of TRX or used them at the gym but getting them to purchase was proving to be a bit of a challenge. We created a campaign (email, customized landing pages, home page heros and paid social) that focused on six new personas. The results: yoga and the over-50 personas were segments that proved to have growth potential.

EMAIL CAMPAIGNS
StyleSeat helps users to discover top beauty professionals and the best salons with ease on their phone. Users can browse, book, pay and tip all through the app. Beauty professionals can manage their business through the app as well.
Welcome Campaign:
We created a new customer email lifecycle that clearly defined who StyleSeat is, inspired with ongoing recommendations and showcased the ease of paying/tipping for the services through the app. The design required being modular for future automation with a robust mobile experience.
Paid Migration Campaign:
We created an email campaign that announced upcoming changes to a new paid subscription service for professionals. The design needed to be visually appealing, reflecting the StyleSeat brand while differentiating them from consumer-facing emails. The campaign needed to drive urgency and encourage immediate conversion or risk having their accounts frozen.

KIN SOCIAL LAUNCH
The KIN was a phone designed specifically for social networking. As part of the advertising campaign, The Journey, we created a Facebook app that continued the question 'Are you really friends with your friends?' The app featured four ways to dig into your friend network and a weekly video installment around the main 'socialologist' that asked users a question and had them respond by uploading a video response.

Charter Spectrum is a cable telecommunications company, providing TV, Internet, and Phone to over 25 million customers. They are the second-largest cable company in the U.S.
We shot a library of brand images that enabled them to have a more cohesive brand presence across print and online when talking about their product offering: TV, Internet, and Phone.

CNN iReports is UGC that allows people from around the world to contribute pictures and videos of breaking news stories in their communities.
iReport Academy App
We created a Facebook app called the iReport Academy App. The idea was to get users excited and talking about becoming iReporters and have some fun practicing a bit. 'Before you report on CNN's network, report on yours.' Users would read from a teleprompter that was feeding their friends' FB status updates and then share out the video to their network.
CNN iReport Awards Microsite
The microsite celebrated the best of the best of iReporters. A live webcast with guest judges would reveal the best in 15 categories with $25,000 in awards. Users were also invited to help vote for the best in each category.

Is a division of Charter Spectrum, providing full solutions for businesses of all sizes. We helped Spectrum Business with some integrated campaigns, site re-design and simplified their buyflows. Elevated designs gave this division a more sophisticated presence.
